Many of those in our audience were delighted and surprised to discover that we had original music composed for TEDxSherborne.
We were extremely fortunate in having Alistair Kerley, a young and extremely talented composer, write four original pieces of music for us.
Having recently graduated from Leeds College of Music, Alistair is now working on music commissions for the film and video-game industry. His recent credits include working on ‘Mowgli’ for Warner Brothers and ‘The Persistence’ for Pitstop Productions.
We have used Alistair’s pieces as the theme music for each of our four sessions through the day. They have been designed to create the mood that we are attempting to curate to complement the talks and performances in each session – from concerning to uplifting.
You can now listen to the pieces of music here…
